Aromatic bath
Aromatic bath is unique because of the body and spirit warming aroma that is generated with the help of equipment or natural evaporation process. It is said that pleasant aroma gives the blessing for the whole body, relaxes. While inhaling a pleasant scent a person even closes his eyes to feel in the meadow of different fragrant flowers.
The light climate is recommended in the bath, the temperature should be as high as 65°C and the humidity up to 50%. The aroma can be chosen according to one’s needs. Aromatizers can be installed in all saunas or baths. However, odors should not be abused. The acrid smells are deceptive and using a large amount of them can cause headaches and eye irritation.
The odors can be supplied into the bath automatically or in a natural way, e. g. a plate with water containing lemon zest or rose petals is hung above the heater.
An important part of aroma bath is comfortable beds. People tend to
relax easier in low temperatures and the humidity with aromas. In this kind of bath people want to rest and to enjoy the scents. It is recommended to lie, but it is necessary to lift your head.
